Haircut Day!

Almost the whole family got their haircuts today.


Sloan went first. She got a lot of hair cut off & is donating it. This was a true exercise in patience for her. I am not sure if she will make the decision to grow her hair again for a while. She's very happy to have her new shorter hair, and excited to not have the tangles.


Evie went second. She didn't want to lose any other her length, but it was all getting kind of out of control. Victoria just trimmed it up some.


I don't know what the deal is with Sloan. She wouldn't shut her mouth & take a normal picture, so this goes down for posterity. Maybe eventually she'll learn that she may not want all of her pictures to be silly.


Will was third in the chair. He sat alone and really did seem to enjoy it at first.


Then he started to look a little scared.

Then he let us know that he wasn't going to take that any more. Daddy had to hold him for the rest of his cut, but overall I thought he did pretty well.

Daddy even took a turn in the chair & wore the cute toddler cape.
